在实际应用中,部分用户可能需要同时接入多台风机。每台风机分开接线,不仅会提高成本,还会让风机接线及操控变得很繁琐,而风机控制器可解决上述问题。一台风机控制器可同时调节多台风机,通过操作显示屏不仅可实现任意一台风机调速,还可以实现风机群控及状态监测。

风机控制器操作步骤,
以ebmpapstR3G355-AM14-61风机为例:

There are five steps:
第一步:将风机零线和火线接入230V交流电源
Step 1: Connect the zero and fire wires of the fan to the 230V AC power supply.
第二步:将风机RS485通信线通过适配器插入控制电脑的USB接口
Step 2: Plug the fan RS485 communication cable into the USB port of the control computer via an adapter.
第三步:登录EC control,将风机物理地址修改成1
Step 3: log into EC control and change the fan physical address to 1.
第四步:操作风机控制器,将IP值设为0,进入设置界选择风机数量为1,此时即可实现风机群控功能,调节占空比演示调速过程。将IP值设为1,此时只能控制IP为1的单台风机,调节占空比演示调速过程。(因设备数量有限,只操作单台风机)
Step 4:Operate the fan controller, set the IP address to 0, and enter the setting interface to select the number of fans as 1. At this time, you can realize the function of group control of fans and adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the process of speed regulation. Set the IP address to 1,now only a single fan with an IP of 1 can be controlled, adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the speed control process. (Due to the limited number of devices, only a single fan can be operated)
第五步:点击风机控制器监测界面可实时查看所有风机运行状态,绿色表示风机正在运行,黄色表示风机停机,灰色表示风机通信异常,红色表示风机故障。
Step 5: Click on the fan controller monitoring interface to view all fans operation status in real time. Green indicates that the fan is running. Yellow indicates that the fan is stopped. Gray indicates abnormal fan communication. Red indicates that the fan is faulty.
